I am a level designer with a Master's Degree in Interactive Technology in Digital Game Development from the Guildhall at SMU. During my time at the Guildhall I've found that my passion is in helping others realize their vision; making an idea a reality. While game ideas are a dime-a-dozen, good ones are rare and powerful things that deserve a chance to grow in their potential. This passion has turned me into an Artificer; an Old English word meaning a person who is skillful or clever in devising ways of making things. What this translates to is my ability to learn tools quickly by approaching them with the goal of realizing an idea rather than duplicating the ideas of others via tutorials. Whether it's a one-on-one or team setting, this process of discovery through the amalgamation of ideas is what gets me up in the morning and keeps me up at night.
